priti®crown

Homogeneous, vitreous ceramic blank, which has a dentine-enamel layer resembling natural dentition within its existing tooth shape.

These prefabricated crown blanks are not made into a customary square block, but instead into a natural tooth shape. The fact that the color gradient is already integrated within the blank means these prefabricated crowns can reproduce the shade effects in natural dentition through computer-aided processing methods.

INDICATION

The realistic coordination of multiple layers within the monolithic priti®crown blank is key to a perfect aesthetical appearance. Fluorescence, translucence and opalescence make up the natural photo-optical properties of feldspar ceramic. This chameleon effect creates vibrancy within the crown, allowing it to adapt harmoniously to the adjacent natural teeth.

MATERIAL

The homogeneous, fine structure of the feldspar ceramic Vita Mark II is the basic raw material in priti®crowns. Studies* showing survival rates of up to 97% after a 6-year clinical degradation period with over 25 million restorations inserted support this tried and tested all-ceramic material. Abrasion characteristics are almost identical to that of natural enamel, promising a biologically neutral, long-term prognosis.
