pritidenta GmbH Privacy Policy.

Welcome to www.pritidenta.com! Thank you for your interest in our website. Your privacy is very important to us, and we are committed to ensuring the utmost confidentiality when handling your data. We would like to inform you about the data we use about your visit and the purposes for which we use it. Please read through the information at your leisure. This will ensure that you are fully informed. If you still have any questions, please feel free to contact our data protection officer (see below for contact details).

What do we want to protect and how do we do it?

The term “personal data” is defined in Art. 4 of the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This states that personal data is personal or factual details regarding an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes information such as your correct name, your address, your telephone number or your date of birth. The GDPR also describes under data processing all procedures of collecting, recording, storing, editing and erasure of data. pritidenta uses as little personal data as possible and only for as long as this is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as long as required by laws on retention periods and statutes of limitation. The legal basis for processing this personal data is set out in Art. 6 (1) (a), (b) and (f) of the GDPR. Your data can also be processed if you agree to this and freely consent to its wider use. In these cases your personal data (such as your name, address, contact details, photograph, resume, references...) will then be used for as long as you have agreed (Art. 7 (1) of the GDPR).

The data is processed on computers that are protected in accordance with the usual industry standards (for example by firewalls, password protection, access control, etc.). We do this to maximize your data security. We would also like you to know that all our employees received regular training in the current data privacy policies and are obliged to follow them. Your personal data is in good hands with us.

How is my personal data protected when I use the contact form?

We are delighted to hear from you and will be pleased to help you with your request. When you complete the contact form you send us personal data which we use as set out in Art. 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR solely for the purpose you yourself freely indicate. We will delete your data as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected and your request has been fully processed and no further communication with you is required or desired by you.

Do we pass on personal data to third parties?

Data may be passed on to third parties for our business purposes, or if this is permitted or required, for example based on a statutory obligation (Art. 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR). However, data is not passed on to third parties to use for marketing purposes. In general, we may pass on your personal data to third parties if we have your agreement to do so (Art.4 (11) of the GDPR). When we need to employ external contractors to fulfil your order, they may only use your personal data with your consent and only in accordance with an order from pritidenta. Here, too, we ensure that the data privacy regulations are complied with through suitable organizational and technical measures and regular checks.
