With the introduction of the highly translucent cubic ZrO2, the aesthetic effect of all-ceramic restorations made of zirconium dioxide has been significantly increased. However, this does not mean that the other variants have been discontinued. Particularly in the posterior region and with wide-span restorations, the opaque and translucent priti®multidisc ZrO2 variants can achieve great results even with severely discoloured dies. A small video documentation will illustrate this using the example of opaque single-tooth restoration of the Molar 16.
